It is going to look so great hanging on our wall! It was delivered within 10 days of ordering!! You definitely are not going to find a better price for the product!! Highly recommend!!

Great product with excellent service.

The work they did was excellent. They shipped it very well protected. I will buy from them in the future. The only reason I did not give five stars was they set the bar high. So being picky, some of the edges were extremely sharp. I will end up taking a file or sandpaper to break the edge. That is a small thing and most would not even think about it. I am building a gate with it, so I will Be handling it during build.

I received the personalized cups today. They are perfect! I love them The cups arrived within the time frame expected. There was a misunderstanding in my order originally and Woodland manufacturing very graciously corrected the error. I will highly recommend them to anyone seeking customized work and I would definitely order from them again!

I ordered 8 names total in wood lettering and the script letters came out beautifully! Better than I imagined. However, 4 of the names were smaller individual lettering and I spent the time to pick each font carefully. I was disappointed to find that when the order arrived, the individual lettering was not at all what I ordered. I got most of the letters I needed but the sizes and fonts were all mistaken and then I was given a large amount of possibly extra letters that were of no use to me. I had to hand cut/saw and file some of the letters myself to make the adjustments. I could not contact anyone because they were closed for the holidays, understandably, so I made do. Again, overall, the letters were well made, though only half of my order was correct. **Follow up after company response** Hello, I am completely aware of how the sizes worked and anticipated the lower case lettering to be smaller, of course. However, some letters in the names were supposed to be all uppercase, as shown in my order details, and I was forced to use lower case because I did not get the appropriate amount of certain letters. I wish I could post images to this review. If there is a way to do so, please let me know. Thank you.

Last year I would have rated Woodland Manufacturing 5 stars. I'm a teacher, and I run a writing contest every year for the students in our school. I make a plaque for our winner every year using wooden letters. The plaque goes on the wall outside the library along with the plaques for previous years. I've always used Arial font, since it is one of the most common fonts available and would be easiest to match. Unfortunately it wasn't available this year. I got the closest match I could and it clearly doesn't match the others. Why would you discontinue Arial font? But for quality and service, Woodland manufacturing can't be beat. My order has always been correct and beautifully made. And the price was the most reasonable I found for what I needed. I just wish they would bring back Arial font.

After placing an order for (28) 2 inch wooden letters, I found them elsewhere for a lot less. When I called and spoke with someone in the Customer Service Dept. to cancel my order, I was told it was too late because the order had already gone to be processed. She told me if she would have been able to cancel the order, there would’ve been a restocking fee. This was one week before their email told me it was going to be shipped. I now have 28 wooden letters that I won’t be using. I’m very disappointed.

My experience working with Woodland Manufacturing was wonderful. The gentleman who helped design my product was great to work with. His turn around time in response to emails was quick which led to getting the product perfectly designed and ready to ship to arrive in plenty of time before the holidays.
