The font that I had picked for some letters disappeared before I finished picking out all of the letters for my order and has not been available since. It was my favorite font, Whimsical.

I had a special order, and needed to make several revisions. They were extremely patient and responsive. Also, the pricing is very affordable.

Couldn’t exchange my item

The quality of service and communication is great. Due to the cold weather in our area, we have yet been able to mount the letters we purchased but they look absolutely stunning. As soon as we have them installed, hopefully I'll be able to post a picture.

I feel as though the charges for oversized shipping is expensive. Automaticity I paid $10.99 for shipping then $23 for oversized shipping. Also I ordered the letters I needed a while ago and tried to exchange them because I didn’t realize they were lower case ( yes it was my fault) no exchanges and now I have $120 worth of letters I can’t use. I guess I missed the section of all sale are final.

Easy to use website and very reasonable prices

I am please with the customer service I received so far. Naomi Kulow was the salesperson that worked with me to design the memorial plaque I just ordered. She was efficient and patient with the requests I made to each proof she created. I'm anxious to see the final product once it arrives.

I have been pleased with my orders in the past and it’s why I have continued ordering from your company! I’ve had trouble using coupon on this last order it responded invalid every time applying that’s been my only disappointment trying to get discount but I spoke with representative and he stated would look into it once placed order.
