Best floor standing letters tried other companies but I will still stay with woodland

The letters I ordered were for my sorority and they came out fantastic! I love the option to have them painted or unfinished. The website was simple and easy to use! The shipping was quick and easy. I was surprised about the cost and how inexpensive 3 foot letters could be. I will be ordering from this company again in the near future!

Onenof my custom orders was shipped without a piece. No sense of urgency to resolve shipping error.

I recieved my letter bent and was resent another letter damaged free the second time. Turn around time to recieved new item was approximately with in 2 weeks.Customer service through email was fast and responsive to my concerns.
