I wanted some signs made for my living room in a specific font and couldn’t get the lettering to fit in the space I wanted. I emailed woodland Manufacturing and their customer service was impeccable! They were able to size the lettering off of a different letter in the alphabet than the traditional “upper case A” and that fixed my sizing problem. They sent me the exact dimensions and an example over email so I could make sure it was what I wanted. They also emailed me price quotes for several options and sizes. They answered all my questions, were very organized and prompt in their replies. I was also very pleased that I didn’t have to pay extra to size off of a different letter. I couldn’t be happier with the service, and the product was just what I wanted.

Excellent service. When working on my order online I had a question so called the company and received very helpful information. Then when I sent in the email order I had a mistake on one of the 7 items I was ordering which the company caught and emailed me questioning it. Then, with a simple reply back to them they corrected my mistake and were very cordial in do so. I received the items a few days later and they were perfect. I am a first time customer and very satisfied.

Im placing my order today on December 12 and paid for 3-5 busniess days and now Im recieving a message that My order wont be shipped til the 25th my photo shoot will be on the 16th. the product will be arriving way too late - Im about to cancel my oder..

Good customer service over the phone. The width of the name, as specified on the website, was very close. I worked with another business whose website was way off in the name width. Now I think my project will look "just right".

Very SPIFFY steel letters arrived quickly.

Letter were clean cut, well packaged and sized as ordered, I was shorted 3 "H" brackets, but ended up not needing then to complete my project. The sign worked out as planned and even looks as good or better than I envisioned. I will be able to re-use the letter and hope to be able to fashion a new sign by purchasing more letter of the same size and founts.

Website is very user friendly. Sales Rep, Julie was patient in answering all my questions. Can't wait to see the final product in person. Would use Woodland again just based on the ordering process!!
