I wanted to try aging some strip loin beef and did some research on the matter. I am aware of the Wholey company and the quality of their products. The web site was easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for as far as pricing and weight so I placed my order. I received an email for purchasing conformation and then another when the item was shipped along with tracking information and within a couple of days my package arrived. The whole boneless strip loin looked perfect. Nice marbling and the meat had a very nice color and texture. I will be purchasing other items as well in the the future.

The gift for my Father arrived on time! He just loved it and thought it was a great idea. He told me that he thoroughly enjoyed the meals!!

Very excited to have found Wholeys. I have been looking for haddock in this area and was unsuccessful. I placed my order. Received order within 48 hours. Product was still on dry ice and frozen. The haddock was fresh and had great taste. I will be ordering more.

We received our order very quickly. Everything was packed well and organized. We prepared the octopus using the recipe on their website and turned out amazing, we served it with garlic potatoes and Swiss chard salad. Cannot wait to try branzino and trout next. I think this is just the beginning of the long term relationship!
