Got my order promptly. Items appear to be fresh, were very well packaged. Ice packs were defrosted, but items were cold and intact. I was so very happy to receive my bacon, and I so look forward to eating it. Will certainly be ordering more bacon in the future.

Exactly what I was looking for. Yum, yum.

I called the store before ordering on line. My question to the young lady was the weight of one package and was told one pound. I order six pounds and what do I receive? Three two pound packages! I never would have bought the Monkfish if I were told the TRUTH. I can't defrost and refreeze thus fish that is paid for and cannot be consumed.

I ordered the stuffed flounder. The packaging was excellent and the flounder was DELICIOUS!

The quality of the fish that was received was awesome. And the shipping process was on time as promised.

Shipped next day! Arrived super fast and they loved the lobster tails and clams. Recommended for sure! The 10 lobster tails are perfect to portion out for several meals or makes a great appetizer.

Went to the store. Bought 2, 12-14 oz. Lobster tails. They were tasteless and no sweetness to them at all. Total waste of 62.00. My son got Coho salmon, he said it was excellent. Will be finishing up the salmon today along with a red snapper filet. Will post back on quality of red snapper. Also bought quart of lobster/crab bisque. Needed doctoring up to say the least.

Very happy with the service! We received a personal mail regarding the order being possibly delayed and why but we got it on time! The fish was cleaned and packaged well with dry ice. Definitely recommend!

Wish that the fish arrived unfrozen as the purchase is "fresh fish." However it did state that the fish would end up freezing due to the dry ice.

Was going to buy a lot of meat and seafood when the staff started arguing about whether my mask was covering my nose "enough". My mask was covering my nostrils... not that it is a law... when an incompetent police officer who was wearing his mask below his nose yelled at me to leave as I was trying to buy my items. The manager was to scared to tell the police officer to stop since we had come to an agreement to buy my things. I told the police officer to arrest me if I was breaking the law (I wasn't) and then the officer said "they don't need your business" (I guarantee you as a businessman. They want ALL business" again the shop owner wouldn't speak up to the bully policeman. I am a wounded Veteran, an Infantry Officer and have been in situations much worse than this, and that is the only thing that spared the policeman from being disarmed and embarrassed as he drove business away from Wholey's. I do not recommend. Also COOL (Country of origin) labeling was suspect. I will probably file a serious health department complaint as I am also a certified (FDA food safety manager) have a great time in Pittsburgh and don't get sick eating here... not from COVID but from out of code and cold holding temperatures

When I lived in Pittsburgh I'd frequent this place for the amazing fresh seafood, quality products and services and specifically to buy savory salmon seasoning and wing dust. There are no other special seasoning blends on the market that come close to the taste and flavor in Wholey's seasonings. The shipping was fast and I'm glad I can still get these great products even though I don't live there anymore.
