The oysters were really strong and fishy tasting did not like them

my initial order was not what I expected but once called and explain the problem, they immediately looked into my complaint and I just a few days I had a replacement. for that iam grateful. too many vendors often take weekend sometimes months to rectify a problem. My package came in with a nice box, the fish and the conch still frozen. No sign of defrosting at all! Good job. The quality of the conch was great, but the fish ws not good, when I defrost the fish( grouper fillet). It smell. Not fresh, which mean it did not reach the quality of fresh frozen.

Ordered beef bacon, came quickly packed in dry ice and I got an email letting me know when to expect my delivery. On a side note my boys can't wait to get another shipment so they can do cool experiments with the dry ice. Lol

I was delighted to find a source for the excellent breaded frozen oysters we’d enjoyed over many years (the provider we once used no longer offers them as they were separate from their core product line). While I have not fried them yet (the holidays are coming!), I’m sure they will be superb. I thought the price here was very reasonable given the quality. And shipping was prompt and well and carefully packaged. They came so soon I was amazed. A final good thing to say: shipping was free! I definitely will buy from this company again. THANKS!
