Bitget Wallet itself is a major thief! Last night around 3 AM, I received some funds and stored them in my wallet. Upon waking up in the morning, I discovered that the entire amount had been transferred to another address—a transaction I never authorized. I had both 2FA and Passkey enabled on my account, making unauthorized access from another device is impossible. The most frustrating part is Bitget Wallet's AI-driven response system; there is no easy way to quickly contact the support team. The 'Submit Ticket' button on their support page isn't even working. I also tried contacting Bitget Exchange, but they were unable to help me in any way. Stay away from BitGet Wallet!

I didn't like automated responses from support, I already could have gotten the same answer from AI chatbot. The whole reason I even sent emails to support is to get human replies. Ok, this review is about their Mastercard, for EU. The Good: - Apple Pay Enabled - Same ecosystem with a popular crypto exchange, useful if you trade - Non-custodial, so you control your funds on-chain The Bad: - High 1.7% foreign exchange fee - 5k daily spend limit, quite small for someone who moves money like prop traders, etc - No physical card yet - No virtual bank account offered, when most crypto cards do - No cashback So 1% Topup fee, plus 1.7% fx fee = no likey. Support is pretty bad, and fees structure also not amazing, and no cashback.. I am out.

He abierto una wallet por medio de la extensión Chrome, hasta ahí todo bien. Transfiero USDT desde otra wallet y ahora cuando quiero enviar parte de este depósito, me dice que no tengo GAS suficiente en BNB para pagar los gastos. Lo curioso es que no me deja comprar BNB por limitaciones legales. Ahora tengo un dinero que no puedo sacar. Además no hay forma de acceder a esta wallet desde mi movil.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform. My funds have been blocked for over 4 months with no valid explanation. Every time I try to withdraw, I either receive no response or vague excuses from support. This is completely unacceptable. A legitimate platform does not freeze users’ funds for months without transparency or resolution. Customer support has been ineffective and unhelpful, and there has been no concrete solution provided despite repeated requests. At this point, I am seriously concerned about the safety of users’ funds. I cannot recommend this service to anyone. Be very careful before depositing your money here.

I’ve been dealing with blocked funds on this app for over 4 months now, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I keep receiving the same generic responses with no real updates or resolution. My account functionality has been restricted without any clear explanation, and my money is essentially inaccessible. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I expected a reliable service, but instead I’ve encountered delays, poor communication, and what feels like a complete disregard for users. I strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this platform with their funds.

Bitget wallet has started to record screen by itself, I have an iPhone and I’m sure I don’t activate it, in addition, to activate it I should turn up to view control panel and tap record screen button. I didn’t 100% sure, I only see how clock indicator has change color red indicating screen recording activated. Incredible…

THIS EXCHANGE IS THE WORST EXCHANGE IN THE WORLD AND NOONE SHOULD USE IT. I did not connect my wallet to any dodgy sight. I have not stored my phrase on my camera roll and no one knew my seed phrase not even myself! Your moneys not safe with these scammers they steal it. It’s internal fraud and I am currently taking legal action against these low life dirty scammer of an exchange
