Still waiting for scaffolding to be removed after almost two weeks . No one wants to take responsibility. Quick enough to take my money but abandoned thereafter. Can't do my garden, clean downstairs windows or do external paint work. Never again! Weathered all won't con me again.

WeatherSeal is a fantastic company on all levels. We have used WeatherSeal for several big projects on our home and on our parents home. WeatherSeal has done work for us over 3-4 years and every job has been incredibly well and to exact specifications AND for a very reasonable price! WeatherSeal replaced all our windows in our home and the job was completed in one day and done perfectly. They arrived promptly and the crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier with their work! Plus they added a window where there wasn't one- Every other company I talked to for replacement windows could not do this work! I loved my windows so much and the high quality of them (all made in the USA, I might add), that I called WeatherSeal the following year to replace our front door. The new front door transformed the front of the house. This is a fantastic company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The work they did was high quality, so much so, that when we helped our parents renovate their house of 4500 sq ft- WeatherSeal replaced their windows and front door. And they did an amazing job! I had many window companies come out give me quotes WEATHERSEAL seemed reasonable so went ahead..... BIG MISTAKE, I made several appointments, took several days off work for nobody to TURN UP for any of them, yet they were quick to take a deposit of £150 also a administration fee of £149. Fed up I cancelled within the 14days , Jen from customer services reassured me I would get all my money back, how wrong was she ! PLEASE AVOID BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

I recently replaced the roof on my home and got many estimates from different companies. I also heard their radio add claiming nobody would beat their price and they offered free financing for 7 years. First nobody got on my roof to measure or inspect, they used Eagle View software for this purpose and I have no clue if it's accurate or not. Their price estimate was $24,000 but after talking with me told me if I paid outright the cost would be $17,000. "Free Financing" right? Nobody beats their price right?? I ended up using Biltmore Exteriors instead and had my complete roof ( with metal roofing) & gutters replaced for just under $7,200 and I'm very happy. Biltmore used the exact same & brand materials that Weatherseal spec'd on their estimate and did the gutters as well that were not even included with Weatherseal. Somebody should open litigation against them for false advertising and not honoring their advertising. I would guess many people have been taken by Weatherseal and would not use this company to replace the doormat in front of my home.
