Great watch at competitive price, the only observation is that UPS is a poor logistics partner as API notifications inaccurate.

I have emailed you 3 times about the delivery date no one got back to me .. it says on your website 3/ 5 working days for delivery took much longer then that still waiting for it .. it was a birthday gift. So disappointed.

My order still never come i am so unhappy. It was a present for my daughter for her 18th birthday. 8 have sent a email about it on 25th April 10 days after I ordered it and someone was to get back to me still waiting

I ordered Batterys from watchesonline on 8th April - Payed for them to be couriered to me as i needed them for a project i was working on - Today is the 22nd April and i still haven recived them - The same day i ordered Batterys from China -free Postage - they arrived 5 Days later - wont be using this company again very unhappy and annoyed!

The watch was beautiful. The only issue is amount of time it takes to deliver . UPS is extremely slow and updates aren’t accurate. When the package arrived in Greece there was no update as to which Greek courier service had the parcel. When I contacted ups they admitted that there is a flaw in system .

Arrived on date as confirmed on order.
