Walrus Audio Reviews

Fantastic pedals and really great customer service!

I have bought several effects pedals in the past two years, and the purchase experience has been great every time. I can feel Walrus Ausio's care. The products are sturdy and beautiful, and there are often discounts. It is worth recommending.

Canvas one of the best purchases I’ve made for my board

Half of what's on my pedal boards is from Walrus - almost all of it analog. Drives, fuzz, compressors, EQ, modulation...I have some of each. Their products are exceptional. This review is about the Emissary...really brightens up + mid boosts a single coil guitar into a Deluxe (which only has bass & treble controls).

Love the site! Super easy to use and find what you need.

I always love buying direct from WA! They ship super fast and back up their products with excellent customer service (thanks Liam!!!).

Always consistently pushing the edge on premium pedals!

The staff at Walrus Audio absolutely care about the pedals they sell and that the customer is totally satisfied. They answer any emailed questions within minutes and the pedals are amazing.

Such good pedals, they sound so good

Walrus Audio makes great effects and gear with musicians in mind, and provides great customer service. I'll be back for more!

Worldclass guitar pedals, but more importantly, fantastic service - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, constant updates on shipping status. The order arrived on time, well packaged, really above and beyond across the board. I've purchased six pedals from Walrus and plan to purchase more.

I think the website is well built and doesn’t take long to load the pages.

Walrus Audio makes interesting and unique effects units that are also very user friendly. While my whole pedal board is not all WA, I have several from the Fundamental Series and some of the more boutique offerings, they are all excellent.

Easy, friendly transaction. And every time I have contacted customer service, they have been prompt and helpful with their replies. Plus, their pedals are awesome.

I love the free shipping coupon.

fantabulous customer service. Great product.

Great customer service! Was concerned they'd just be "peddling" junk, but that was a misunderstanding. They actually sell PEDALS, and once I figured that out, I felt a little scammed but also super excited because their products are DOPE! Joking aside, cannot recommend these guys and this brand enough. Thanks for all the tones!

Walrus Audio was my first introduction to smaller independent pedal companies and I have not been disappointed by the many purchases I've made from them over the years. It seems every new product they put out redefines what a great sounding and original pedal should be. The attention to detail ranging from their unique artwork to the high quality components add up to a pedal that has gained worldwide attention. Their customer support is nothing short of perfection. I purchased a secondhand pedal that needed some love so naturally I reached out to their repair department. They offered to repair it free of charge and had it promptly shipped back. It was back on my board in no time, and like the rest of my Walruses, it hasn't left my board since. I look forward to seeing what they come up with next!

Walrus is an incredible company that makes great products for every genre and category of musician. I have owned several of their products and continue to use them weekly. Walrus or Die

This is the best pedal company on the market. Amazing customer service, friendly staff and amazing products. My entire board is walrus! Thank you for being an amazing company!
