Placed order which was unable to be fulfilled. Customer services contacted me an arranged more expensive product to be sent on. Product arrived shortly after and was more than adequate for my building needs. Courteous and professional/knowledgeable Customer Service

Professional company
Order placed over the weekend for a Lintel. It was the best price I could find. Website is easy to use and gives all the specs required. I was called early on the Monday and a sales person explained the item ordered was not in stock. She offered a higher spec substitute at no extra cost. The item arrived on the Wednesday. What else can you ask. A professional company and my experience was pleasant. Thank you
