I had an amazing 2 hour spa retreat for my birthday at this little peace of paradise tucked away in lower Kingswood in Surrey. A lovely welcome awaited me by Vanessa. It’s so beautifully clean too with such attention to detail shown throughout my visit. Thank you ladies for making my time with you so special. it was amazing having the pool to myself too, and the sauna was a added treat. Roseanne’s back massage and facial was wonderful as were the products. I highly recommend your business x

Absolute bliss! Came to VSL as a late 30th birthday treat and cannot recommend it enough. From the minute we arrived both Vanessa and Roseanne made the day special. Starting with a fresh fruit platter, tea and a lovely personalised sign. To relaxing in the private pool and sauna area before heading up for an amazing massage with Roseanne. Followed by a gorgeous afternoon tea with the perfect variety of sandwiches, scones and sweet treats. Highly recommend a visit if you’re looking for first class service and a luxurious day! I have been coming to Vanessa for over 10years and would not go anywhere else for my waxing! she also done an amazing Lvl treatment today and I can't beleive my lashes! Private spa days are a must and I'm looking forward to my manicure Monday! 💅 🥰🥰

What a beautiful gift that was organised by my friend and couldn't have picked a better place!! Everything was so beautifully organised by the ladies there, delicious lunch and relaxing massage. Also the relaxing sauna and pool. Definitely going back there!!

We had a fabulous spa day with afternoon tea at VSL. Vanessa was extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. We both had facials which was very relaxing and our skin felt incredible after. The afternoon tea was delicious especially the naughty treats! We then had a dip in the pool and relaxed on the loungers after to finish our day. I would highly recommend. Amazing half spa day experience at VSL. Beautiful, peaceful setting. Everything was perfect - from the facilities, to the food, the treatments (loved my massage from Jodie). I would highly recommend and hope to return soon myself!

I recently had a half spa day with a friend. We had the best time & really didn’t want to leave! Vanessa & Chelsea put in so much effort to make sure we had everything to make our day. From the delicious fruit platters & hot drinks on arrival, and the amazing facials, to the delicious (& very filling!) afternoon tea. And on top of that, the wonderful pool area & sauna. Nothing was too much trouble. It was such a relaxing afternoon. Can’t wait to do it again! Thank you. Xx

I spent the day being pampered by Vanessa and her team. I had been lucky enough to be given vouchers for my birthday from my friends and family for my 40th and used them on a full day of treatments. Full body massage, body scrub, HD Brows, Medi and Pedi. Just wow! Great service and attention to detail. Hidden gem !

From the second we walked in to the moment we left my friend and I were so well cared for,pampered,fed and helped to feel relaxed. The pool and sauna were fantastic. The treatment was deeply relaxing. The staff were professional, caring and just overall perfect! We came with our daughters a couple of months ago who loved it too. Every moment was bliss...thank you so much for an amazing experience. Afternoon tea was delicious. We hope to return when the sun is shining so we can enjoy the gorgeous garden. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Just what we needed and can't wait to return. Thank you!

We had a brilliant family spa day at VSL as part of my sisters 50th bd celebrations. A lovely small business in a unique location that is run by Vanessa and her team. Fantastic host with a very hands on service throughout the whole day. A very relaxing day and would definitely recommend.

Our spa day was just the best day for a special birthday treat. Vanessa was the perfect host and looked after us all so well. The food and drink was just perfect too. The sun shone too so we could sit in the lovely garden in the comfy chairs. We all felt so relaxed and pampered and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for that special private/personal spa experience. We will definitely be back! Thankyou to Chelsea & Kasia for the wonderful treatments too.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the couples spa afternoon at VSL Urban Retreat. Having recently had our first baby, we were looking forward to some pampering and relaxation time and were not disappointed. Vanessa was highly attentive and provided a positive and professional experience - even bringing our drinks to the poolside. The massage, which is included in the price, was so relaxing that I fell asleep! We will definitely be back and will be recommending the spa to friends.
