My first delivery which I took via an offer came in very good time. Sadly though, the bars aren't for me. The 3 bars I have had had like a sugar candy texture. The cherry caffeine bar wasn't very pleasant at all. I had a lime flavour bar and an orange flavour bar and they were quite refreshing. Did I notice any performance enhancing effects? That's hard to say as I ate them and after a few minutes, jumped back on the bike.

Really good stuff. Energy bars gave me a real lift and the recovery fudge was easy to eat and felt much better for it.

Tried the rocket tablet energisers on a half marathon at the weekend . Three bars equivalent to carrying 4-5 gels . The energy bars are much easier to open and store in using one small break off section of the bar so dissolvable small amounts as you run, then pop remainder of the bar in the pocket or pouch . Gels you have to take all at once and leave a mess and then have to consider how to discard gel wrapper on a long run .

The bars were nice but a bit bitter. Much cleaner and easier to use than gels though.

Testing our the lime Voom on a cycle ride, it was amazing. Felt full of energy the entire ride. Really good.

Voom are my go to running nutrition company. Excellent products and excellent service. I love the personal notes added in each order. I particularly like the energy bars, green ones and orange ones. I often say to people, "there's running and there's running on Voom!"

I’m relatively new to Voom and steadily working my way through the product range. As someone who has a tendency to suffer with stomach issues, I’ve always found it tricky to settle with a nutrition product which suits me as well as does a good job. I’m happy to say that Voom ticks all the boxes for me. Great product, great price and friendly customer service.

Used Voom Nutrition blocks for Long Course Weekend in Tenby - taking them as outlined on he pack. As it says on the website they were very kind to my stomach and got me through the cycle and the run. Now my nutrition of choice.

The Hydrate Smart electrolyte drink really is unlike any other drinks I've tried. It tastes great and works really fast - I never get cramp after a long run using this drink.
