They do not list that tickets are standing room only until after the tickets are purchased. They just show a view of the arena and a view of the seats but you do not actually get seats. I tried on several occasions to work with this company and they do not respond. I have emails stating that they will check into it and get back to me but no one ever has.
The Company website is misleading. I assume VIP Tickets Canada will be selling in Canadian dollars. Not until after the purchase was it clear it was $US. I called the company 5 minutes after the tickets were purchased and was told there is nothing that can be done. This is the way shoddy companies work.
I can't complain, the tickets were legit, we had awesome seats and everything. If I ever want cheap tickets again I would definitely use their site again. I went to 5sos and it was a great experience, my nieces loved it and had a great time. Thanks VIP tickets Canada.
