I'm very disappointed with the service I've received. I placed an order on 14 Nov for my pet's food which we ran out of. It was not dispatched on due date. I had to call multiple times to find out and finally they they dispatched it on 21st Nov on next day delivery after my escalation. They use DPD who are the one of the most unreliable couriers. They just lie outright. I waited the whole day on 21st and finally saw an update on DPD saying no one was athome. Complete BS. I've got video doorbell logs to prove no one attempted any delivery. DPD then updated that it will be delivered on 22nd Nov and today again no delivery has happened. This is absolutely ridiculous! I won't be using Viovet again. Rather just buy it from another shop even if I have to pay a little extra.

Perfect transaction - good price fast delivery

Ordering and communications were good . However the DPD did not deliver as promised which caused some problems ,not good.

Very good service this time around, after a disappointing first order a while back, which left us having to seek emergency treatment for our pup. This time around though, had the product in plenty of time, a very fast delivery time, so very happy. The product was packaged very well, and when opened, was in great condition, the price was quite reasonable too. So on the whole, very happy

Fast delivery and great price

Parcel due for delivery on Monday which did not arrive because DPD had returned it to sender at their request. The company did not contact me I had to phone them twice in order to get the parcel redelivered which has now been received. Not normally had problems with this company but they let me down this time and will now think twice before ordering anything from them again.
