Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden over de service van Mohammed van Venue Holidays. Vanaf het eerste moment werden we supervriendelijk ontvangen. Mohammed is altijd behulpzaam, reageert razendsnel op vragen en toont oprechte interesse. Dankzij zijn gastvrijheid en inzet voel je je meteen op je gemak en begint je vakantiegevoel al bij aankomst. Mohammed is echt een topper !

Once again we decided to stay at playa Brava camping a book a unit thru venue holidays. Our experience is that Muhammed, the manager on site, truly goes the extra mile to ensure a carefree holiday. His enthusiasm is unmatched! Together with Alma, they made sure that our unit was spotless on arrival. They care about their guests and know all the ins and outs at the camping. They introduced a sharing of product system that makes it easy to borrow cleaning products left behind by other guests. Very handy and good for the environment! Good thinking guys! The way they interact with guests is great. They know their clients and give all a little extra attention. Much appreciated! We gladly give 5 stars and not in the least because of the efforts by Muhammed as the face of venue and Alma in a well executed supporting roll Already booked a spot for next year and hope to see him/them again!

First class amenities, location and customer service from Venue Holidays in Noja. The mobile home was spotless, with great facilities and offered a perfect location on the campsite. The surrounds are beautiful and there are a lot of activities on offer for the whole family. The Venue Holidays team were very hospitable and were always available to answer questions and offer help in any way they could. We highly recommend this as a holiday destination and Venue Holidays as the organisation to make it happen!

We recently had a great holiday at Playa Joyel, Noja. Staff were helpful and friendly. Check in was straightforward. Our mobile home was clean, well equipped and offered us plenty of space. The deck outside was a great communal space. There was easy access to beautiful beaches and the town. The site itself offered a well stocked shop and was well looked after. We would not hesitate to book again.

We recently stayed at Camping Park Albatross, and would like to leave a review for Venue Holidays. Booking our mobile home was smooth, and the representatives were clear and efficient during check-in. The mobile home was spotless. Although we had a few issues with electricity and hot water, Natalia and her colleagues promptly addressed them. The staff was polite, professional, and respectful, always checking on us and offering help. Brian was particularly helpful. The park itself had excellent facilities and entertainment. We had a wonderful stay and appreciate the great service from Venue Holidays.

We wanted to thank the Venue holidays hotel Albatros San Vincenzo staff ( Bryan etc. etc. ) we had a great time, they were kind, punctual and quick in resolving any unforeseen issues found on site. Thanks again from Remo & Family.

We had the most relaxing holiday at the campsite Playa Joyel in Noja, Spain with Venue holidays. The campsite is in the most perfect location, right next to one of the prettiest beaches I have ever been too. The mobile home we booked through Venue was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 7 with a lovely little covered decking area for outdoor eating. The campsite itself has all the facilities you need such as a pool area, a shop, a bar, an animal farm to visit and an exercise area. The venue courier was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and the bus service was cheap and easy to take you on trips to Santander and Bilboa. We will definitely be back to Venue holidays and the perfect location of the Playa Joyel campsite.

We wouldn’t use Venue again. We found they misrepresented the information that was shared with us about the locations of their cabins. They said it was all over the site but in reality their cabins were only in the uppermost outskirts and far from any facilities, pools and entertainment. My wife had a leg injury and we had asked for accessible accommodation and found out cabin to be the furthest away. No accountability or customer service - avoid. We will not be using this company again.

For many years we hire a mobile home from Venue Holidays on camping Playa Brava in Pals (Spain). In 2020 we booked but due to Covid couldn't go. Venue gave us a voucher for the first instalment. On top of that 10% extra. This year we went and were surprised that Venue could renovate or renew some mobile homes. Venue had almost no income in 2020. The homes were already beautiful, before. We travel with a group. The others have their own caravan. But one of them now switches also hiring with Venue.

In the middle of a lockdown and they refuse to either supply us with a voucher or simply push back our holiday a further 12 months. Blunt email saying pay the entire holiday upfront and we’ll have a place for you in 12 months. Terrible customer service, they don’t seem to care that there’s a pandemic and we’re all in lockdown. I’m going to consumer affairs AVOID Venue Holidays at all costs...

Unfortunately due to Covid 19 our flight was cancelled, so we cancelled our accommodation booking with Venue. As we cancelled 60 days in advance we should have received a full refund less our deposit, in line with their terms and conditions. The company would not give us a refund and are now ignoring my requests. The refund was requested back in March. This is terrible customer service and legally wrong. We are now trying to claim for a refund from our credit card. I am surprised that they are still trading if they cannot give customers their money back, when cancelling in line with their terms and conditions.

Kan varmt anbefale Venue Holidays. Fra start til slut et serviceminded bureau, som vil gå langt for deres kunder. Vi bookede et mobile home i november og betalte et depositum, til en ferie i juli det følgende år. Da anmodningen om resten af betalingen kom, røg den i mit spam filter og det gjorde de to efterfølgende rykkere også og jeg var ikke obs på at vi ikke havde betalt det sidste. 14 dage inden rejsen ville jeg printe bookingen ud, men der var ingenting at printe, da vi havde mistet vores booking. Jeg ringede til det danske kontor og forklarede sagen og efter en god snak, lovede den fantastiske salgskonsulent at se hvad hun kunne gøre for at hjælpe os. 15 min senere ringede hun tilbage og havde fikset problemet - på en meget populær campingplads i højsæsonen. Og Vik fik desuden overført vores depositum til den nye booking. Sikke en service!!! Da vi kom til campingpladsen var selskabets repræsentanter der virkeligt imødekommende og hjælpsomme fra start til slut. Jeg vil meget gerne booke gennem Venue Holidays en anden gang.
