Refunds not given in line with T&C's
Unfortunately due to Covid 19 our flight was cancelled, so we cancelled our accommodation booking with Venue. As we cancelled 60 days in advance we should have received a full refund less our deposit, in line with their terms and conditions. The company would not give us a refund and are now ignoring my requests. The refund was requested back in March. This is terrible customer service and legally wrong. We are now trying to claim for a refund from our credit card. I am surprised that they are still trading if they cannot give customers their money back, when cancelling in line with their terms and conditions.
