I think it’s a stock and fitting problem. The shoes I really wanted were out of stock in my size . I went for a different shoe. And it’s not the same fit , a little disappointing

I ordered a size that did not fit, however, their customer service department took care of me immediately and exchanged my purchase for the correct size. They were quick and efficient. They even called me to follow up!

UPS charged me 50 usd extra for delivery when I paid 30usd for it already as charged. Why. ?? Hidden costs you should tell people about.
