Ben is an awesome teacher - very clear and concise and clearly very knowledgeable. Every question I asked he came back with full answers that left me feeling ‘wow’ this guy knows his stuff! He is also very friendly, approachable and made learning fun.

Ben was recently at an 3 day workshop I attended through Big Business Events. I've been to a few of their events now but had never met Ben. Ben explained the process of a successful sale so well and articulately. He has a very clear and nicely spoken voice and engaged with the room well. He listened to what people had to say and gave people time individually but relayed their experience to the rest of the room so that we could all relate. Ben’s expertise in so many crucial areas of business is so evident. As I listen to him speak about branding, sales or even more vague but important concepts like mindset. Here I can tell his advice applied into decisions will cause your business to take off. What takes it over the top is the authenticity & relatability in how he teaches. Overall he is able to take all this knowledge and express in an understandable way. The gap between his wisdom and someone like me who has massive amounts to learn is still there but he teaches in a way where I can gain a lot of Knowledge. But also not struggle to understand it based on how it’s presented and laid out to us.

I've very happily had the privilege of being re-educated by Ben. I've worked in sales for over four years and he has taught me new approaches that just work better. He is passionate about what he teaches, and this comes across in his presentations. The information Ben shares is easy to understand and he is always happy to answer any questions. Fully substantive Ben at three-day lectures completely changed my approach to sales thanks to him I realised that selling is really “the art of asking questions”. What an incredible few days i have had being mentored by Ben. I have been running my electrical business for 12 years now and it’s time for me to level up and the only way to do it is to be coached/ mentored/ trained if you want the results to be fast and truly effective. I attended the ACHIEVE Event in London and Mr BenJacob-Smith was the Guest Speaker. His wit, charm, passion and knowledge lit the room from the onset and I immediately knew I needed to pay close attention to the voice of wisdom. He was extremely knowledgeable about various industries and on explaining the problem I am facing in my business, he quickly unravelled the problem and showed me how to implement a solution. His knowledge is vast, he engaged well with the audience and I left with a new perspective of my business and how it can grow with the strategies he shared. Ben is a genius at what he does best...finding solutions and helping businesses to grow. It was a blessing to be part of the audience as my eyes were opened to the vast potential that lies in my business, including upskilling and upselling and how it can be extracted. His guidance on asking purposeful questions was extremely helpful and I left and immediately made copious notes on the type of questions I should use when speaking with my clients. I've attended several training sessions with Ben, and what truly stands out to me is his ability to make sales seem effortless. Clearly, he is an expert in his field. During those sessions, he was consistently able to provide on-the-spot solutions to real-life business challenges. A few aspects of Ben's approach that I particularly appreciate are that he is not pushy and values relationships over closing deals, making them a top priority in his work.

Ben is an excellent speaker & trainer. I saw him at a 3 day business event in Kensington. He covered sales, video marketing & more. He spoke very clearly, was easy to follow, enthusiastic and passionate. I was mostly interested in learning about video marketing as I am not very confident with recording myself. Ben it's a really nice trainer and speaker. He was a trainer at a 3 days business course in London, covering the Sales part and also the Video Marketing part.
