You told me my bill would start when my contract ended. I've now had a letter estimating over £130 in cancellation charges. Utility bidder have now replied to me and despite assurances to the contrary , did not take the time and due diligence to check if a contract was still in place. Abysmal service STITCHED UP!!!!

Escaped just in time !! Utility Bidders found me a zero daily rate Electricity contract at 72p/kw hour which was ideal for us --- as we only use LED lighting in our small showroom. Luckily I read through the contract on Docusign and noticed that IF the contract was signed but was not taken up by the electricity supplier OR failed in any way OR I did not inform them if I was closing/selling the premises that they would CHARGE ME £750 for breach of contract / loss of their commission !!. Their sales guy told me that this was STANDARD PRACTICE and EVERY OTHER Utility switch company did this too !!! Upon checking this out I found this not to be true. AVOID.. AVOID.. AVOID !!!!
