I had my Uphold account suspended without any clear explanation. After following all the rules, verifying my identity, and using the platform responsibly, my account was suddenly frozen. To make matters worse, their customer support was unhelpful and vague, offering no real reason or timeline for resolution. It’s frustrating and unacceptable that a financial service handling people’s money can act this way, locking accounts, holding funds, and leaving users in the dark. Transparency and accountability should be the minimum standard for a company in this industry, but Uphold has failed badly in both. I would strongly caution anyone considering Uphold to think twice before trusting them with your money.

My transactions were handled in an expeditious manner with timely confirmations. I did have a question and I posed it to the Support Team. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they responded which is vital when trading Crypto. I appreciate the ease in which I can transact my crypto business. It is so refreshing. I have been doing business with this company since 2020. Up to this point they have been good. I kept loyal to them because when all the other exchanges stopped selling XRP because of the lawsuit, they still did. I no longer will be doing business with them after what my friend has experienced. They have turned into communist. My friend came to me for some advice and asked me to be there when making purchases and sending to his hard wallet just to make sure he didn't make any mistakes as he purchased a new computer. He started on his computer and successfully transfered one asset to his hard wallet. Then he switched to using his phone because you can copy and paste the addresses instead of manually entering them, which can cause mistakes. They froze his account and have been asking him all kinds of personal questions they have no business asking him. Like, who is helping you, why and who are they. What is this address you are sending the assets too? I understand they are trying to be cautious because of the scams but really. Asking such personal questions is not acceptable. He has put in all the information and in control,supposedly, of his assets and they are hindering him from doing freely what he wants to do and making assumptions someone else is inducing his decisions like he is being forced or something. He responded and they again asked more questions and said they know someone was there helping him. It was me making sure he didn't make any mistakes as I am a customer of theirs and have done this several times. I am totally disgusted by their behavior and will never do business with this company again. This is totally unacceptable behavior in a supposed free country with a USA company. He has the right to freely do as he wishes. I have never had this issue in the past but obviously they have went rough and will not do any further business with any company that acts like tyrants.

I like the fact how easy it is to use and how easy it is to make the purchase. I also like the fact that it gives me a constant notifications of new coins and the opportunity to buy coins on a good price.

What I don't like is toomuch fees on it and market being worse
