I placed my order on 11/26. On 11/28 I get updates that my order was sent to USPS for shipping but everytime I check the label, usps hasn’t received the order. Btw I paid $25 extra for 2 day shipping. I contact customer service on the 29th bc usps still haven’t updated the shipping. Why is Unice customer service telling me “We’re sorry to hear there seems to be an issue with the amount charged for your order UM881112758354056452”. If there was an issue w the amount I was charged, why didn’t you contact me at any point to resolve? You all just collected my money and was going to hold the product? 2. I purchased the product and it went on sale the next day, so what do you mean there was an issue w the amount I was charged. Then they want me to send in proof that I paid, meanwhile they have all my info on file. So I requested to cancel and want the order refunded asap. I will stick to making my purchases through luvme!
