great communication slow delivery. But it was free so what do you expect

Purchased ACO linear drain channel. Delivered as promised and much cheaper than elsewhere.

Easy ordering, good price, fast delivery.

The drain cover purchased was falling loose in a box with no surrounding packing. It arrived with the plastic surround broken. Unfortunately, this wasn’t seen until we came to use it. We’ve managed to utilise it but not great.

10/10 ordered drain lids on Wednesday come on the Sunday was needed the next day Very quick delivery would definitely recommend

Ordered a drainage channel recently. The Web interface was easy to use and the order simple to make. The product was shipped quickly but when it arrived the grill was the wrong colour. Emailed customer services and they responded quickly, arranged for a free return of the product and shipped a new one out with no issues. Really impressed with how good they were.
