Damaged ACO drainage channels
I ordered five ACO heavy duty drainage channels. Two were damaged when they arrived. These were replaced but one was damaged. This was replaced. However the item was again damaged but useable. Luckily the job had been delayed due to freezing temperatures. These channels are meant to withstand 12.5 tons. How they can be damaged is beyond me. The cardboard boxes showed no sign of damage so someone must have been super heavy handed in packing them. Better packaging please.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE At first the item arrived damaged
At first the item arrived damaged, which I suspect would have happened in transit. Contacted customer service through email, sent photographs as requested and they organised delivery for a new one, which was delivered the next day. Really pleased and impressed with the customer service.

Repeat order…
Second time I have ordered manhole covers for block paving. Fast delivery and great quality. Only reason not 5 stars is that one arrived with the plastic surround cracked and I had to repair it before use, great overall but not quite perfect
