I've used Usha a few times after hearing about her from a friend. She's arranged both residential and buy-to-let mortgages for me. Usha was quick to respond to calls and emails, providing clear explanations, and kept me informed every step of the way. She recently found me a rate that was much better than those on comparison sites. Fees were always clearly communicated ​, and I didn't feel pressured to go with any particular lender. In fact, I feel that Usha always acted in my best interest. ​ Overall, the process was smooth and efficient, and I'd definitely use her again. ​ ​

With so many mortgage brokers in the vicinity its always difficult to know if you have made the right choice, lets face it choices bring trepidation, but I can honestly and wholeheartedly say that Usha was a breath of fresh air! Personal and flexible was the offering and I must say my expectations were exceeded!! Nothing was too much trouble and with my own working schedule chaotic I worried our timelines wouldn't marry but she kept to her word and was available at times that suited me (a welcome relief!) I would give more stars if i could and have referred many who have gone on to thank me for the introduction! Highly recommended!!!
