I've used Usha a few times after hearing about her from a friend. She's arranged both residential and buy-to-let mortgages for me. Usha was quick to respond to calls and emails, providing clear explanations, and kept me informed every step of the way. She recently found me a rate that was much better than those on comparison sites. Fees were always clearly communicated , and I didn't feel pressured to go with any particular lender. In fact, I feel that Usha always acted in my best interest. Overall, the process was smooth and efficient, and I'd definitely use her again.
