Very happy. I ordered Easy Joint for my patio. Parcel received on time with no extra for delivery

I ordered a manhole cover from Uk Build Supplies with a 1-2 day delivery as the customer needed the work done quickly as this was on their drive. However it has taken exactly 1 week to arrive. I understand it has been a bank holiday weekend but i would have expected it to arrive by the Friday considering i ordered on the Tuesday. That is my only complaint about the company. Ordering was very easy and the price was good. Delivery was free so i feel bad complaining but i have had to deal with a very unhappy customer because of this.

Easy to order products which arrived in double quick time at a competitive price. The company gets my recommendation and I'll use it again

No issues the manhole cover was delivered on the day but by the most miserable courier to knock at the door, however he did his job but without any grace. This is obviously beyond the suppliers control who I had no issues with and will use again.

Absolute shambles. 1st order needed a email almost a week later to prompt . 2nd order got a email 3 days after purchase to say they had issues and a 10 days back log and I wouldn’t receive my purchase for another 6 days.
