This drain cover was just what I was looking for, great price and swift delivery

Wrong cover sent. Promised to get correct one to site before I needed it. Didn’t do that. I emailed 3 times and it’s arrived 3 days later before I had a response from customer service. They only just picked the wrong one they sent up today. 10 days later. Wow.

Very prompt delivery but box split when with Courier resulting in loss of some items that I had not realised until Courier had gone. I contacted UK Build and sent them a picture of the split box. UK Build immediately replaced the missing items which were delivered the next day. Excellent service.
