Fast, Easy, Love it and I'll use it everyday now !

Took hours just to swap a couple tokens. I don't recommend using this unless you have unlimited time.

Made a crypto transfer from once chain to another. All went smooth with little fees.

Easy to use, didn't take long. The benefits of a CEX without the KYC aspect. I gave 4 stars as wallet integration would be nice and make things easier for the novice as right now you provide a receive address and then send your swapped token to the provided address, which lets be real it's not difficult, but it might lead to a copy/paste error. With the low fees it's my go to right now for cross chain swaps instead of using a CEX.

I absolutely luv this platform. Aside from being convenient and easy to use, it is cheap in fees and they give you an amazing rate. It does take some time, but you just have to be ready to wait 10 to 15 minutes for the transactions to go through... which is truly no big deal if this is what you expect and are used to.

Why did they hold your funds and require additional deposits to release your funds? They say it’s for the ETH channel verification deposit whatever that is

You can tell it is high level development from the smooth transitions and snappy responses. They communicate extremely well in their discord, and with that communication - delivering. This allows me to send my COTI ERC-20 directly into Native ADA dropped into my wallet. The exchange rate was within .004% that was offered on Crypto_com (2 USD on 500 USD Trade).

I've been working with this team in the Cardano Crocs Club discord as an NFT holder for years... their devs are outstanding as well as their customer service, (opening tickets in discord when a problem arises and they are quick to respond and resolve the problem), I highly recommend
