If you happen to have any issue. And I mean, ANY ISSUES at all. You will get over!-charged. You won't have any choice. Customer service= Zero Good luck!

The car could not found, location map keeps taking one round in the multi-level parking, every 15minutes one lose the reservation, no way to talk to someone... after 45minutes of looking for the car and attempting to keep reservation, the account was blocked stating too many cancellations. Need major improvement for customer service.
What in the world is this customer service, I had an issue with an extra 350AED charged and when I called the customer service he just said it was valid and when I said it was not showing on the app that the 3 days trip were 3 trips of 1 day with 150km only for each without kms carry over, but it was showing as a 1 trip with a daily amount of 150kms which means 450km for the 3 days, the Rude Non-educated customer service representative just hanged up the phone and when I called again it was him again and when he heard my voice he hanged up again without saying anything

I had till next day for the end of the daily rent, went to a very short ride and got charged 70 AED plus the initial 144 AED. Be aware of the maximum 100 km per day, it really doesn't worth this app...
The app doesn’t work properly, so you can’t even initiate/finish a ride on it, it just keeps running. Nobody from customer service ever replies to your emails ever, it’s like my emails fell into a black hole. The phone line is even worse. Just delete the app and use Ekar.
