It would be helpful for intermediate quiz questions after the different chapters.

The instructions and videos were very easy to understand. I’m hard of hearing and appreciated that videos had captions to better understand what was said. The test was a very easy. I strongly recommend people take notes during the instruction videos, especially when it comes to temperatures for each type of food. Overall I recommend this course for your food’s handlers certificate.
