Basim Yafai - Mindset & Holistic Health Coaching Reviews

Before I started working with Basim, I was in a really tough place. I was dealing with a mix of grief, anxiety, fear, and complete overwhelm. Everything felt heavy and uncertain, and I honestly didn’t know how to move forward. From the very beginning, Basim created a space where I felt safe to be myself. He helped me unpack everything I’d been carrying and guided me through it with patience, compassion, and real insight. What stood out was how he helped me reconnect with myself, not just mentally, but on a deeper level. I’ve grown so much through this journey. I feel calmer, more present, and more connected to the people around me. I’ve learnt that letting go isn’t weakness, it’s strength, and it’s helped me see life differently. I’m not the same person I was when we started, I feel like myself again, but stronger. If you’re going through a hard time and need real support to move forward, Basim is someone I’d genuinely recommend.

When I started working with Basim, I was riddled with anxiety and past traumas, while also trying to navigate the daily challenges of being a mum, a wife, and working full time in a demanding job. I didn’t care much about myself and my priority was always putting others first. I had minimal self-worth and a real dislike for myself. Life, as a whole, felt chaotic and overwhelming. I had tried counselling with other professionals before, but I never seemed to benefit from it. Basim was my last hope at moving life forward. I have now worked with Basim for several years, focusing on different areas of my life. Basim is not your typical counsellor. He’s open, brings real-life experience to the table, and has a way of explaining things that helps you see a different perspective. He challenges you, but always in a safe and gentle space. He nurtures you and genuinely wants you to become a better version of yourself. Holistic is Basim in a nutshell. My life has changed so much and is still changing as I continue to work on myself. I now see that I am good enough and that I need to be kind to myself. I’m living a better lifestyle, making healthier choices, and aiming to live a longer life. I don’t rush into decisions anymore. I take my time, and I’m now seeing life in colour, not black and white. I’m kinder to myself and my mindset is so much more positive. I no longer feel guilty for doing things just for me. If you’re looking for help but feel like you’ve tried everything, I’d say just have one session with Basim. Your life will change for the better. Never give up on life, not when you have a Basim. Thank you, Basim, for everything. I am truly grateful.

AAAAMAZING!!!!! Changed my life 100%. I'm not the sort of person who opens up about my emotions and life in general, at first I was so anxious, nervous but after 10 minutes in Basim company I was so at ease and knew this is where my journey to a better life and better version of myself begins. My life at the time was so out of control with dealing with menopause, cancer diagnosis and alcohol to block out the emotions. I have spent most of my life making sure everyone close to me is happy and loved that I forgot about my happiness. People would gravitate towards me for this and that came with alot of pressure. I felt by admitting I needed help I admit defeat to myself and a failure. Basim soon changed that as he gave me the support, guidance and the tools to free of these emotions and mindset. Basim help me deal with grief, past trauma, and healthy diet. Better mindset and self care. After continuous support and guidance I'm am 100 % best version of myself. My life and mindset has changed massively, I communicate and open up more, I now know how to say NO to people if it doesn't serve me. I have always been spiritual but I have now invested more time into it for myself which keeps me focused, calm and life has not got to be spinning at 100 mph. Im so proud of myself that I'm even helping and supporting people based on what I have learnt and experienced with Basim. To sum up Basim, passionate, invested goes above and beyond. All round the best coach you will ever work with. I put the hard work in and with Basim exceptional coaching, guidance and support , I am the best version of me. If you feel or understand any of the this and need to change then Basim is the coach for you. B - brilliant A - mazing S - upport I - nvested M -entor

Before working with Basim, my life felt like a never-ending juggling act, with half the balls already on the floor. Confidence? Wobbly. Staying grounded? Let’s just say I was floating somewhere between chaos and confusion. Six months with Basim wasn’t just coaching, it was like having a life manual handed to me (finally!). He helped me see things from a whole new angle, kept me grounded when my mind wanted to run marathons, and gave me tools that actually work. Who knew mindfulness could save you from overthinking every little thing? Now, I walk into my work and personal life like I own the place, well, almost. I’m more confident, clear-headed, and surprisingly calm (for me). It’s like I upgraded to the premium version of myself, minus the glitches. Basim didn’t just help me think differently—he helped me live differently. I’m more present, more grounded, and honestly, proud of how far I’ve come. Who knew a little mindset shift could make life feel…less like a mess. Would I recommend Basim? Absolutely. If he could help me (the queen of overthinking and stress), he can help anyone. His coaching isn’t magic, but it’s pretty darn close.

"I went to Base to focus on personal growth and to gain insight into some things about myself. From the start, Base worked closely with me, offering incredible support and guidance. His calm approach and kind nature made it easy for me to open up. I can’t recommend him enough—he’s a superstar and an all-around great guy."

Working with Holistic Health coaching was very beneficial and such a positive experience. When I started working with Baz i was not dealing with anything, but I told him that I wanted to improve myself by 1% in any which way I could: Physically, mentally, spiritually. In which i certainly did and more. Baz helped me appreciate life more and gave me tools which have helped me live life to my full potential. The greatest benefits from the experience was I learned how to be kinder to myself, give myself more praise and how to feel genuine gratitude. I always felt like I was chasing something. I think that something was happiness/success. Baz made me realise one day that I was already successful and anything else I added was bonus success. This made me truly realise there is no end goal to life. And success is measured on your own terms. Since that day I have felt so much more calmness and peace in my life. I would 100% recommend Basim's coaching to anyone. My six month experience working with Baz truly upgraded my life and I will forever be grateful.

Working with Basim can only be described as one thing… LIFE CHANGING! Before I started working with Baz, I suffered with severe anxiety, anger management & had been in a phase of depression for over one year. I felt extremely lost with no direction so I reached out to Baz for professional help. Basim is an expert at what he does. With his NLP techniques he was able to break me out of my stuck mindset, which allowed me to see things for what they were and stop playing the victim. We made more progress in our first one hour session than I had been able to for years. The positive changes were immediately noticeable and the improvements just kept on coming. Over the space of a few weeks, my mental health drastically improved and my perspective towards myself & life completely transformed for the better. To this day, I credit a lot of my experiences to Basim’s coaching. Without his help, I wouldn’t have been able to break out of the negative cycle I found myself stuck in. I am now more positive than ever before and have full control over my emotions. Would i recommend Basim’s coaching? Yes. It’s a no brainer. If you are looking to make some positive changes in your life, but are stuck and unsure how to change, then trust me… Baz is your answer.

I Transformed My Physical Health and Mental Health!… Before working with Basim, I struggled with my Physical Health and poor eating habits. Basim's holistic health coaching provided me with personalised nutrition plans, effective training techniques, and consistent support that made all the difference. Within three months, my energy levels skyrocketed, and I felt more confident and positive. I lost weight, gained muscle, slept better, and my overall wellbeing improved dramatically.
Thanks to Basim's guidance, I've not only improved my physical health but also my mental and emotional wellbeing. I now approach my life with a better outlook. If you're looking to transform your health and life, I highly recommend Basim's holistic health coaching.

As an athlete, baz has helped me level up my mindset in such a short space of time. Sports at a high level require so much mental strength and consistency, yet it’s something which is often neglected. Baz has helped me find the right mental tools to optimise my focus and confidence, and together we’ve found the best ways to implement these into my training/races. My mindset has levelled up, and old highs are becoming new lows.

I was lucky enough to attend one of the Holistic Health Coach's talk at a Soul Medicine festival in which he was one of the guest speaker's there. From the beginning to the end of his talk, I found myself agreeing with all that was being said by him, and getting new insights too. The talk covered many topics surrounding body image, spirtuality, trauma, and how to become the best version of oursleves. I really found his talk so useful as it enabled me to apply his teachings to my life for the better; hopefully I will one day get the pleasure to attend one of his talks again. Thank you so much for being raw and authentic.🙏💚
