Great for finding reviews that are not manipulated

I like that trust pilot reviews everything, so it's easy to find reviews on companies that aren't as transparent with their marketing tactics and flood social media as a hot commodity while hiding bad customer service or product experiences.

Jeg er blevet kontaktet af en sælger ved navn Kevin, der gerne ville booke et møde med mig. Jeg skrev tilbage at jeg gerne ville takke ja og at jeg faktisk flere gange havde forsøgt at få dem i tale. Det er flere måneder siden og jeg har stadig intet hørt tilbage. Vi har også oplevet chikane på vores firmas trustpilot og vi har ingen mulighed for at rapportere noget sted længere, selvom vi kan bevise chikanen. Alt i alt useriøst og ubrugelig platform.

Shame on you

Shame on you. The new legislation in the uk was to protect users, people with learning difficulties, disabilities and mental health disordered, low income families and single parents and the general public from wasting their time and money on things that are simply not worth it, a scam or fraudulent. To protect the public. Trust pilot actively worked against this until it was made law. Be so careful with these companies. Look at the types of people listed above they would rather suffer the consequences of bad/dodgey/unethical business then loose there ability to make money through fake reviews. If you see a company with heavily ‘invited’ reviews make sure to say your piece.

Very disappointing experience

I placed an order in July for a product from Dr. Franklin and was genuinely excited to share my thoughts. However, when I tried to leave a review, customer service from truspilot flagged it and removed it, claiming I might be affiliated with the brand. They then asked me to submit personal data to prove my purchase—which I did. Despite that, the whole situation felt disrespectful and invasive. This kind of treatment makes me never want to use this platform again. Unacceptable
