I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Trump hotel Central park. I had been staying at The Kimberley and Sherry Netherland which were both good. But I checked into The Omni for two nights and had to check out a night early as the service and room was awful. Trump hotel was luxury from the beginning to the end. The check in was smooth and I was upgraded to a suite. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. My room was pure luxury, I even had a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting on my arrival. I have to say this has been the best hotel I've stayed in and I visit NYC every year. I will definitely be staying at Trump hotel on my next visit.

My daughter Carrie and fiance Ryan had their wedding at the Turnberry Hotel . We had the most incredible experience from driving to the front door to leaving after the two wonderful days. The staff from the front door right through the hotel were so attentive from our arrival more so on the day of the wedding. Super thanks to Tom ,Arlene and Ainslea making everything run really smoothly. We had the best wedding ever !! Thank you so much Turnberry Hotel.

very bad customer service.

Me and my wife traveled from FL to Las Vegas for Valentine's Day and stayed in this beautiful hotel but unfortunately the service is the worst! We went to the restaurant for dinner and the server (Wendy) was awful 😖 more than 15 minutes passed by and she didn't showed up to check on us, our food was served 45 minutes after we ordered it and on top of it was served cold (steak) we requested a manager, when she came they took our plates away and not even an apology gave us, they gave us credit for it but that's it. First and last time we stay in a Trump Hotel again!

Had a really good stay ... BUT - marred by a missing jacket that I cannot get a satisfactory reason for not being found. Have now sent the following message to Trump Chicago manager for help - will keep you posted. Dear Mr Constantine, I am contacting you to ask for your assistance. I recently stayed in Room 1814 for 5 nights and when I checked out on Friday 4th November I left behind a jacket that had been hanging in the closet since I arrived on 31st October. It was a black Moncler mens jacket, and I have both sent messages to Trump Hotel immediately upon my return to the UK, and telephoned several times to find out what happened to this item. I was told by one of your staff that and I quote 'maybe the people who took the room after you have taken it' which, I think you will agree, is a ridiculous statement. Can I ask that you investigate this for me; this was an expensive jacket and it was definitely hanging in the closet when I left, so should have been found by housekeeping. I very much look forward to a prompt response and thank you, regards, JCannin

Good hotels. Awful president. Wouldn't stay here again!

We stayed in Las Vegas Trump hotel, it was great very clean organise and away from the crowded streets. I would highly recommended it as a great place to stop and enjoy your break.

I liked everything. I don't know why people put so many disadvantages.

i thought this review site was about trump hotels. stayed at a t golf resort year ago and found it cheesey. would not go back with all of the opublicity. why do people her comment on the politics?

Estuve en el Trump Hotel en Las Vegas. Servicio casi perfecto, pero las dependencias se veían algo descuidadas.

ich hatte das Pech in einigen dieser Unterkunft in den USA übernachten zu müssen. Gelinde gesagt eine Katastrophe. Das ging los im Badezimmer dort war Schimmel unter den Toiletten einfach nur Dreck. Schlimm, dass es heutzutage noch so etwas gibt. Da muss noch viel getan werden die Läden wieder auf Vordermann zu bringen. Ich jedenfalls geh da nicht wieder hin.

A real loser. Yellow stains on sheets and My Pillows. Serves Trump Wine and Trump Steaks and Trump Vodka and even Trump Ice. Thought they had all gone bankrupt. But free GAGA hats.

I was charged extra fees on my credit card nearly a month after check out. Without any notice or explanation from the hotel. You ought to check your credit card statement after staying at Trump hotel Doral.

These hotels are perfect if you want bed bugs and food poisoning. If you want to be serenaded by the sound of your own stomach trying to escape your body all night? Then this is what you're looking for.
