I was a little hesitant to use Treatstock as I hadn't heard much about it but I'm extremely happy with my experiences using the site. I was able to get a couple of larger 3D files printed quickly and much cheaper than any other website I could find - significantly cheaper, I'm talking by hundreds of dollars for one piece. They also shipped faster than I was expecting, one of them arriving a week earlier than anticipated. There are so many sellers so it's not hard to find at least a few that are good for whatever project you're working on, and the user interface is clean. Really glad I found Treatstock and it was quite a lifesaver for me in getting some projects printed right before the holidays. My only criticism is that the website is a little odd with notifications - what I mean is that I almost always received prompt emails whenever a seller responded to my messages or offered me a quote or whatever else. But curiously, when a seller that I already paid had to cancel my order, I didn't get emailed alerting me that they did so, I had to find out while checking the status of my order. I do think that's a strange oversight but for me personally it wasn't enough to lower the score or anything, it's just something I hope they take a look at.

The website itself can be a bit wonky from time to time but other then that I had a good a experience with the vendor it connected me with and the whole ordering process

I decided I'd try to 3D print a mask for Halloween,. Followed a few online tutorials to make the file and sent it to Treatstock, vuala days later. Perfect print received fast, and in flesh color!

I'm totally happy with the 3D vendor that I found through Treatstock, as well as how intuitive the whole process was. This was my first 3D order, as well as my first experience with Treatstock. I got a great price on my purchase, really fast delivery(5 days), and excellent communictaion

Terrible experience, an absolute mess. I had to walk the order through to completion and wasted a lot of time. Find a local company through their platform if you must and go direct. I'm still waiting for a refund on an order that was never processed and cancelled. This could be a great platform, it needs better order processing and customer support than what exists today. Apologies and thanking me for my time over and over without actually dealing with the issue properly is not how I want to do business.

Fantastic communication with support when I needed it, great communication between myself and the manufacturer. Much cheaper than my local 3D printing shop and extremely high quality.

I looked at a few suppliers and Treatstock showed audited manufacture, provided location choices and seemed very good on price. I selected 'Polaris' to undertake the work. I don't know if it was luck or not, but on the three jobs I asked them to undertake (all resin high definition prints) I was not disappointed with any of their output. All at a very competitive price, and surprisingly fast. Polaris are now bookmarked and will be my first stop for future printing.
