Cheap flights good customer service

The flights are cheap and then website is easy to use. I wanted invoices etc sent and I went on the website onto the chat and spoke to Nancy young, she was very helpful and swift and sorted me out with all my documentation really quickly

Quick and easy 24/7 comms

Rachel was fantastic, having not received my documents overnight, Rachel answered the phone at 0630 and sent them straight over and answered a follow up question shortly after!

Very helpful agent

The agent, Mike Hopkins, helping me on the chat was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He arranged an 'Open Jaw' ticket for me, which I had not initially thought of doing on the one site. He helped with finding alternatives that were really suitable, and did not hurry me in any way.
