Very poor experience and confusing communication
I booked a one-way ticket via TravelJunction, but oddly, the confirmation email didn't show a return journey and when I searched the PNR on airlines website it did show a return journey. I immediately contacted their chat support and was told multiple times that the return leg would be cancelled automatically once I completed the one-way trip as that's there way of issuing cheaper tickets. Fast forward — I take the one-way journey without issues, but when I follow up about the return leg a few days later, things get frustrating. Suddenly, I’m told that the return booking doesn't exist and they can't even find my original booking using the PNR. I shared a screenshot to prove otherwise, as it was still visible on the airline's website, but was still told there was no return journey — even though I could literally see it on the airline’s website! Then came the oddest part: I was asked to exit the airline site and refresh. Magically, the return journey disappeared. Their support insisted again that no return flight exists and I wouldn’t be charged a no-show fee. But honestly? The whole situation feels dodgy. I still have zero confidence that I won’t be charged later. Not the kind of experience I’d want to repeat. Poor transparency and inconsistent support. Avoid them if possible!
