its easy to use

I have recently made a transaction worth of 500$ into trading mode. At the time of the transaction as of now its promissed to receive a 35% bonus including the 500$. I have tried to contact the support multiple times but they dont seem to understand what is going on even with clear evidence that I only behold 500$ as usable funds and didnt have any type of purchase along the way. The support is also answering very slow(2 days for a response) and dont seem to take action.

Sold skins for about £130 after having no problems with their trades before. Problems:- 1. No record of the transaction apart from the steam trade logs. A E-mail for a recipt would be good idea. 2. Payouts to bank slow 3. Yan! this customer support is the slowest most usless thing in the world. Copy and paste thats all you get then ignores you and doesnt close the ticket. 4. Email customer support? yeh no reply. 5. 2 weeks still no wiser to where my money is? i know where my skins are.. or do I? they probably profited off them already. So i noticed that they seems to be quick to respond to negative reviews on trust pilot faster than their customers on their web page. Their trade skins for skins is good. Ive had better customer service from Karens Diner!

SCAM !!!! ⚠️ Tradeit,gg scam – withdrawal ban, missing items, no support ⚠️ I want to warn other users about my experience with Tradeitgg. • My account is blocked from withdrawal without any clear explanation. • The site shows expensive items in my inventory (Sport Gloves | Amphibious FT), but they do not exist in Steam. • There is no trade record in my Steam trade history. • Items are not in any bot inventory on Steam. • Support has been inactive, only replying with generic messages about “tickets”, no explanation for the ban. This means the items I paid for were never delivered. I have already started a chargeback case with Bank and will escalate this as fraud to Steam/Valve and NC3 ⚠️ Screenshots attached: • My Tradeitgg inventory showing the items. • Steam bot inventory – empty. • My Steam trade history – no trade records. • Support reply – no explanation. Be careful with Tradeitgg – they block withdrawals and hold your items hostage.
