Touchstone are a scam. DO NOT DO IT They rush you to sign up and then book you on the onboarding induction meeting within two days and then push you to an email they send highlighting - immediate access!!!! DO NOT PRESS that button - the warnings are not prominent for such a financial commitment IF YOU CLICK for access to find out more information about what to do it INVALIDATES your statutory cooling off period. It’s a Contract cleverly disguised. Even if you do not manage to access beyond the link on the page they say it’s a signed contract because you click for access despite no access given …..…. It’s a con. Not for people who are not IT experts or the trusting naive people like me. They took my money and refused to give me a refund after just 4 days!!!!!
Disappointed
Disappointed - I had hoped to learn a lot of what I needed to know. Instead the focus was around buying a 15k course & case studies of people from said course. Yes, there was some useful information - mindset was great and the snippets of other information but it could have been done in 2 hours rather than 2 days.

They talk about income and assets
They talk about income and assets. Not about the cost you will incur (not only £99 2 day course fee) and the liability you will have to take on (i've read they want £15k plus the additional risk of re-mortgaging you house). Sorry but this along with all the property letting are scams and you are not covered by the FSCS. And they banned me from there Instagram Page - Which says they are bunch of scammers taking your £99 from thousands of people. Happy Friday :)

I have been with Touchstone for a month now. I have just had my first 1-1 with Beth Bird. Absolutely great advice and very encouraging. Beth is a star! I now have a plan to start my property journey using the BRR method. I would highly recommend Touchstone.

Had our first meeting with INDY tonight gave us some great advice on how to shape our business. He was quick to point out something we'd not thought of on our first purchase on how we should be structuring it, eg.BTL or Bridging *Flipping/bridging *BTL/mortgage looking forward to the Tasks INDY has set for us.
