Touchstone are a scam. DO NOT DO IT They rush you to sign up and then book you on the onboarding induction meeting within two days and then push you to an email they send highlighting - immediate access!!!! DO NOT PRESS that button - the warnings are not prominent for such a financial commitment IF YOU CLICK for access to find out more information about what to do it INVALIDATES your statutory cooling off period. It’s a Contract cleverly disguised. Even if you do not manage to access beyond the link on the page they say it’s a signed contract because you click for access despite no access given …..…. It’s a con. Not for people who are not IT experts or the trusting naive people like me. They took my money and refused to give me a refund after just 4 days!!!!!
Disappointed - I had hoped to learn a lot of what I needed to know. Instead the focus was around buying a 15k course & case studies of people from said course. Yes, there was some useful information - mindset was great and the snippets of other information but it could have been done in 2 hours rather than 2 days.

If you attend the free masterclass, you keep being pestered to buy the 2 day course for £99. Join this course, then you get pestered to buy the 12 month programme. The whole thing seems like a massive scam. Didn’t learn anything new in the class, she just kept repeating that we should spend £99 and join the 2 day course. Also it was very suspicious that the comment visibility got turned off after the beginning, she was clearly reading messages that weren’t actually there! I’m pretty sure the whole thing is pre recorded too.

I have just had a coaching call with Beth Bird and it was so uplifting. I shared everything that has been going on and that I had hit a bit of a Glass ceiling, and Beth gave great advice and ideas, suggesting ways I could take it next, and the ways I could connect with people better. An absolute joy. What great energy and consideration Beth has. Very inspiring. Thank you so much Beth.

We went into the two-day seminar thinking we’d just learn about our options for building a property portfolio. But by the end of those two days, we knew without a doubt that joining the Wealth Academy 12-month course was the best decision for us. The seminar was eye-opening. We came away with a much clearer understanding of property investing—not just the strategies, but the mindset and structure needed to succeed. Everything was presented in a way that made sense, even for complete beginners. But what truly set it apart were the people. The team at Touchstone Wealth Academy were knowledgeable, genuine, and incredibly supportive. You could tell they weren’t just there to sell a course—they were there to help people grow and succeed. That made all the difference. We’ve now signed up for the full 12-month program and feel excited, motivated, and—most importantly—supported. If you're considering it, don’t hesitate. Those two days completely changed how we see our future.

I enrolled after spending £99.00 on their 2-day introduction course. Sadly, my experience was a hype. They draw you in with glitz and glamour, and by day 2 of the course, they then bamboozle you with pressurised sales talk for you to then part with 15k in cash to enrol with Wealth Academy. To me, I felt that I was joining and it would be something I could embrace with confidence. Sadly for me, I quickly realised that property and investment were not for me or something I wanted to do. I then asked for my money back, and they said no, you cannot have a refund, as I had to fulfil the objectives of participating in the course for at least one year before considering a refund. If I were not happy with this resolution, I could seek redress by going to the Ombudsman. Despite my not wanting to participate, they appear to have no recourse for students who enrol and, like me, have decided they no longer want further participation in the course because it simply is not for them for whatever reason. To me, i feel I have been scammed, and the reason I send this review is for people like me who get excited by the glitz and glamour of the 2-day course, and by day 2, we are all transfixed by their tried and tested FORMULA to lull you us all in to parting with 15K. For people who partly read the course and then change their mind, they simply will not consider a full refund despite not participating. I think this is immoral and extortion. I even asked them for a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, but again it was a flat No! This review is to advise you all after completing the 2-day course, and their very engaging and tempting way to part with your cash is to be mindful of the strong and suggestive tone and sales technique to get you to part with your money. Their suggestive manner to get you to part with your money, in using the strong power of suggestion in a way that if you don't participate, "you will be missing out" Even if you are strong-willed like me, it is so easy to fall for their hype and their sales pitch. Sadly for me, I have found that the course and content were not for me, and I made the biggest, most expensive mistake of my life. If you are lucky enough to read this review and are strongly tempted, please be sure you take note of the advice I am strongly giving you. If you change your mind at the outset unless you follow their terms and conditions you have no chance of redeeming your money back and you are then forced to do something you do not want to do for a full year, something i am not prepared to do as it goes against my principles and i do not like the thought that i am being forcefully coerced into doing something i do not want to do. This review is to make you all be cautious with this approach that they use. That they have practised this approach, knowing that there are hundreds of customers like me who change their minds, but that they tightened this loophole in relation to refunds in making it almost impossible to obtain one unless you follow their terms and conditions for one full year. The above practice, I believe, is not fair for people like me who then have to stomach the disappointment of losing their money. I feel I have to stand up and tell you, and if I save one person the heartache of what I have had to suffer, then it will be well worth the effort in writing this review. Big conglomerates like Wealth Academy cannot simply see punters like us as cash cows to take money from them, and not allow people to obtain refunds for simply changing their minds. Not fair and not right.

It was the best spent of £99 and time! Fantastic people passing so much value. Although I did not joined Academy due to super high cost I am so happy that I took part in this Masterclass as it give a confidence that I can commit myself to property investing and be successful. People like Abby and Gordie, with their high inspiring energy, experience and easy way of sharing a knowledge make those 2 days totally worth of time and money. Thank You!!!

When I could hear it, about 50% of it seemed relevant. The other 50% was selling the big ticket items. Shame they didn’t answer the questions I asked on chat, only the ones about the upsold courses. The tech stack it played on was horrible so I could only hear / see about 70% of the total. Not worth two days holiday but very worth £100. Be prepared to drop £20,000 at the end of the course.

Educational side of the content was first class but soon developed into a sales pitch for further sign-ups. Good value for money though however course content could have been delivered in 1 day.

There was a lot of useful information especially the first day. Two criticisms: 1. it was nowhere near keeping to time - the second day supposedly started at 10.15 but was actually 11 because the "bonus" session overran so long, and that sort of thing causes difficulties when you have other commitments and really need to know what time things begin and end, but worse was 2. - A very hard sell on their wealth academy course which wasn;t just in the session it was advertised to be in but spilled over into every single session on the second day with the push to sell 37 spaces on the 15k course being very noticeable. Now I do think the course would be worth it. But they didn't seem to accept that a lot of us simply couldn't put our hands on 15k there and then!
