i had a problem with my browser trying to change my CV on my profile account , upon ringing the company for help i was greeted by a young lady called Aimen who was very polite and professional in the way she helped me resolve the glitch on my computer , many many thanks again Aimen you were a great help kind regards glyn morris

My issue was solved quickly, but in addition there was value added context offered as part of the call, and a potential route to additional support that would allow me to get more from the product. The CS agent was exceptionally professional and supportive.
