Beautiful scarfs and handbags. Jane was very helpful, picking my order, she noticed the handbag colour was out of stock. Took the trouble to text,it was soon sorted. Thank you Jane.
Paid for Royal Mail tracked but my items were not delivered. Topazglow were quick to respond and I was told my parcel had been lost. Jayden arranged for replacements to be sent and they arrived promptly. Good people to deal with. Items as requested and a good price.
Lovely leather handbag, great quality, but they sent the wrong colour!! However they responded to my email immediately and they’re sending the correct one! Good customer service!

Swift and friendly response. Offered alternatives to item out of stock. The vegan leather soft and lovely to handle. However the satchel measurements on website were incorrect so I checked that it was the larger size that I was ordering. The two tone bag is smaller than I wanted.

We always buy a multitude of things at the Great Yorkshire Christmassy show in Harrogate and just wanted to pass our regards over to the lovely gentleman with the blonde hair, the one with the brunette and lady with the ( gorgeous may I add ) brown hair. They were so lovely to us when we were trying on different hats & the cashmere tree of life scarfs with the striped back are so beautiful that me and my friend had to get matching !! A great day out and we’ll see you at Living north york in March, all the best xxxx
I bought one navy and one grey multi colour reversible polka dot design scarf today from Topazglow’s stand at The Great Yorkshire Christmas Fair in Harrogate. The sign on the display rail they were on said “Blended Cashmere”. At £20 each this seemed quite a fair price. Later when I took them out of the packaging I found they are in fact labelled as 55% viscose /45% acrylic and made in China. On the website they are listed as cashmere and cotton! To add to my disappointment I was walking around Leyburn market later today and saw exactly the same scarves on a stall for £15 each! This despite Topazglow claiming the scarves are “Designed by us”.
