Really impressed with this company, especially the very helpful staff. We took on several large building projects last year and used this company (Limerick store) as our supplier of choice. The pricing is competitive and the customer service outstanding, particularly the team at the plumbing centre. I would have given it 5 stars except for my experience with the online ordering process, that needs some improving.

The shop knows that I am a DIY guy. They never look down on me and always go the extra mile to help me out. I always use them now, they are a little cheaper than the competitors on certain items.. and if those items happen to be bulky, these lads sort you out.

Great response from the company to my issue around damaged bags of pellets. 'just received the new bags by car this morning :-) and a very nice call apologising for the issue. Definitely a company that looks after it's customers.

Excellent service

I ordered a Christmas garland, it arrived in a couple of days and it is beautiful, more than I expected. Unfortunately the battery box for the lights wasn’t working. I rang o mahonys on the Friday and I could not believe it when fast way arrived on Monday morning at about 09.30 with a new one. Fab service, lovely to deal with and actually be able to speak to someone rather than emails. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Pallet of Dried Kiln logs delivered and later noticed that they would not fit in my solid fuel wood burner as they were too big @ 300mm approx cuts. I bought the fire in OMahonys and logs for the last 5 years without a problem also. Now for the first time i learn that small print says 250 -300mm sizes. I can not be the only person with this problem ?.
