In early February, Rick Guido came to our home to provide a presentation on the installation of a shower. He spent as much time as we required, offering options and recommendations. Based on his presentation, we signed a contract a contract for $11k before he left. This week we had a shower installed. The installers were Phil and Trevor. These two young men were extremely polite. They immediately went to work, answered questions and did an all around great job. They cleaned everything up and completed the install in the two days as promised. The only fly in the ointment was the shower door was not correct. Phil explained and fitted shower with a rod and curtain to hold us over.

Richard Guido of Bath Planet gave us an excellent product presentation and followed it up by having David and Bailey do the work in timely manner when we needed them to install the shower. The two did a terrific job. They were knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and were great at presenting options to us for where the grab bars should be placed, where to hang the portable shower head, etc. The did the work in the planned 2 days and cleaned-up completely before leaving. Some of the clean-up was easy because they had placed runners on the floor through the house so as not to mess up the floors. We give them the highest review and recommend Bath Planet to anyone who wants to make that change.

I had Mark and Adam come out and install seven windows in our condo. We went over what we need to be done and they did it faster than I thought they would. The work looks good and they kept everything clean. This was the second time we use Joyce’s we moved recently. Both experiences were very good.

Mark and Adam came last week to install a new front door. They encountered a problem installing the door within the brick. They solved it and had the door in right away. We trust Mark and Adam as 3 years ago they installed all of our Joyce windows. Great Job, great company!

Joyce did a shower replacement for us and the process was professional and went very smoothly. Brian in sales did a great job showing us all of the options available and was very knowledgeable. There was supposed to be a 10 week lead time to get the material and parts but to our surprise, everything arrived within a couple of weeks. Phil and Trevor came out to do the install and were very friendly and total professionals. They laid out drop clothes everywhere they needed to walk and cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. The job was completed in 2 days and looks great! Would highly recommend.

Lori and Bhavani did s good job of cleaning our townhouse. Kitchen 2 bathrooms, kitchen, family roo, dining room, living room and 3 bedrooms. No complaints with job they did.

Phil Hodos and crew were awesome! Friendly, professional, polite ,hard working! Got our shower in 1 day! They cleaned up and informed us of cleaning and up keep. Highly recommend Joyce factory direct.(They should win the contest)

Kamel and Anthony did a great job of installing our shower they were they were efficent and clean and made sure we were satisfied withe how the hand rails were installed I would recomend they for any job

Phil Hodos was so polite & helpful. Our bathroom is BEAUTIFUL. He cleaned up so much that I asked him if he does house cleaning. I give him 10 or higher on our experience.

Workers Mark and Adam arrived promptly on time with masks. They introduced themselves and were very courteous. After installing our patio door, explained the workings of it. They cleaned all debrie. Am very pleased with their work and the new door.

(2) installers (Mark and Adam) from JOYCE came out to install a door and screen. Initially, they came out on 06/16 to install both, but was unable to install the screen door. They could've of Jammed it in and it wouldn't look good but "OK" instead they finished the door and about a week 1/2 later they installed the properly sized screen door. They were very friendly and neat, they took their time and you can tell in the craftsmanship of their work. It was expensive but, the door, screen and the installers were superior in quality. Definite recommendation and very satisfied.

We had a bathroom remodeled by Joyce Direct Bathplanet and couldn't be more pleased! Our salesman Brian and carpenters David and Bailey were extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional. They took every precaution possible including gloves and masks and were very respectful of our property. The quality of their work was superb! The detail and craftsmanship was perfection and the material was top shelf. I cannot pass this hall bathroom without stepping inside and admiring the outcome. We've had Joyce replace windows and our spectacular entry door and recommend them to anyone. If you"re sick and tired of 2nd rate work and shady contractors, look no further. This company is family owned and local and their pleasant employees reflect their standards and ethics. Call them!

I would highly recommend anyone looking for Windows to consider Joyce Factory Direct, we just had our second project completed on time and what a quality of service. We had a patio door in our living room and replaced it with a full size window and what a difference, the crew of Matt Elton/ Corey and Axel made all the difference, their quality of service is unmatched, thank you from the Gregory Fsmily

Just a note to say my visit to Simpsonville Dental was most pleasant. Juli is always a delight to see and to talk too. She is so professional and caring. Always has a smile.
