We appreciate the service Sam and his team rendered. They did very well and we are satisfied. They are courteous and I appreciate Sam's timely communication before and during the move. My wife stated that their service was good as well and she was especially impressed with the way the fridge freezer move was handled. She said the fridge freezer was not handled as careful when it was delivered by the company we bought from. Maybe the traffic affecting timeliness in arrival was my only minor concern but I appreciate there are some matters we don't have control over. Overall, we are satisfied

Sam and Luke were very helpful friendly and accommodating. The whole move went smoothly and the price was reasonable too.

Van arrived on time and our removal men were lovely and welcoming. On a few occasions it was touch and go whether we could get everything in the van but our guy played Tetris and managed to get it all on minus a few garden tools that our family can bring when visiting. Overall very professional and completed the job well :) thank you

Hi Is it normal to be asked for a $100 refundable payment on a parcel before they will deliver it ,sounds like a scam to me ,let me know please. Smart logistics

Professional drivers/movers. Arrived on time. Positive and helpful attitude. Good van size, clean and well maintained. Good communication from start to end both via text, calls and emails. I would use them again in the future if needed.

I have used The Smart logistics and the experience is not comparable. The staffs are well trained and what I thought was impossible was made real that I paid more than agreed. Courteous they are and friendly as well. I will forever recommend them for any delivery and removals jobs.
