I cannot rate this company highly enough! I have recently done a massage course with them and it was fantastic. The course was easy to follow which helped enormously. There was in depth training on anatomy and physiology which is always great for a refresher. Plus I received superb help on the student support group when I needed it. Look no further for online courses - you won’t find better or more supportive ones!

Everything I needed to know was delivered efficiently and effectively. There's up to date knowledge, easy to manage chunks and brilliant navigation throughout.

Please be cautious of this fraudulent course website. The courses offered are not insurable and lack proper regulation. I have attempted to contact the company numerous times without any response. These so-called courses consist merely of typed information accompanied by random videos, and do not meet the standards of a genuine beauty course. This website is engaging in false advertising, and performing treatments without the proper training and insurance could lead to legal consequences.

I have just completed their Online Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage course and have to say how shockingly bad the course is. I have done a lot of training in my career and this has to be one of the worst standards of course I have done. For an online course 14 minutes of demonstration video is just not acceptable. I continued through the whole course in the hope it would get better but sadly not. I am already an MLD practitioner and qualified in advanced post operative therapy however was interested in seeing how Brazilian lymphatic drainage differs, if at all. In fact, the video really does not show any skill or technique whatsoever. The company have failed to respond to any contact.

Only benefit is you get a little knowledge of the treatments you want to do but other than that it’s a waste of money as you can’t legally practise as no insurer will insure you due to the courses being online

Easy and simple to find the course you need and the information required. The team are also extremely helpful and responsive to any emails and queries you have.

I ordered a Vlights kit and education from The Online Beauty Courses. I ordered kit and read some reviews and thought I’d made a mistake. I was wrong! I dropped an email to the company chasing up delivery (but what I hadn’t realised that there was a note on the site saying that delivery can take a little longer on the Vlights kit due to popular demand) I got an email back within in hours saying that the kits they were due for dispatch and was told I could email any time to check they were very responsive I spoke to Maria she’s was great within 3 days I had a notification of DPD and the kit was delivered. Very happy with the kit it’s a legitimate kit with lots in and information everything I needed! Very happy! Would definitely use again.

Absolute shambles of a course- shaky footage couldn’t see the detail or process of the treatment. And after retraining have been advised the process shown wasn’t correct. Customer service not interested once payment is made as you have “started the course” there is a clause in the T&Cs no refund once started! How are you meant to know the course is useless before starting it Company is only interested in taking your money.

Great after purchase support and communication and I loved my course. The hydra gloss course is very informative and easy to follow.

Giving 4 stars as I haven’t finished my courses or used all products I ordered but so far so good. Courses are simple and direct but cover everything it needs to. Maria in support team was very helpful and answered all my questions about products and sourcing additional stock.

My VLight on line course was just perfect. I could study when I wanted, and had the time. I found it full of knowledge, refreshing things that had slipped my mind. I would thoroughly recommend this online VLIGHT Extension course to everyone thinking of this technique as an additional service for hair extensions.

❗️Avoid this company❗️ Paid for a course in February and nothing was received. Continual phone calls to say delays with kits but the company goes non responsive when you ask to cancel & get refund. Unprofessional and low standard of customer service. Company have been reported to trading standards.

Course was good and covered everything you needed to know. I had additional questions about the products I needed to purchase after the course and one of the advisors on the chat (Jenni) was really helpful. I will definately recommend and I will look at doing further training in the future.

Easy website to use, the courses are full of information that's easy to digest, I felt completely confident by the end of each course. The staff are very attentive if you need help with anything. 100% recommend.
