Instructor was very clear and patient while getting setup for exam.

Great invigilation

The Knowledge Academy is a big scam. I enquired about their SAP Business Object reporting and if it came with an SAP lab for practice. They assured me that they had an SAP lab. After enrolling, all I had access to were videos to watch (something I could have easily purchased on other platforms for less than £50). All my efforts to contact them have been futile. I got responses from them within minutes before I enrolled, but after payment and enrolment, they stopped responding to my e-mails, and no one is answering calls either. In summary, what they have done is lie to me about the services that they are able to provide, take my money without providing the services that they promised, and then ghost me. If it were possible to give a negative star, I would.

Not good after paid the fees I realized

I have a great experience during my exam today with Gagan from Kowledge Academy team. starting from the greeting and explaining the full instruction and full support.

The explanation of the exam and format was clearly explained and all my pre-exam questions answered. Which assisted with putting me at ease.

clear instructions, helpful in accessing the correct software

Very informative and easy to follow. Lots of opportunity to ask questions and as there was only two people in the session our trainer Rupesh was able to answer said questions in great detail and in relation to the example we gave. I look forward to doing more courses.

The AgilePM Foundation course was run profressionally and the trainer was clearly experienced in AgilePM, friendly and a clear communicator. She was able to translate complex principles into common business scenarios. The Foundation exam process is smooth with helpful staff.

Our instructor Richard did his best to provide meaningful instruction, but the courseware and virtual desktop did not work at all. The Knowledge Academy did not provision labs for our group on the first day of our 2-day training and then the virtual desktop would not connect, so it was a complete waste of time and resources for our organization.
