I ordered a double plug socket and a light switch just to test these products. I was not disappointed. They are a great sleek design and really easy to install. I will be placing an order for my whole house soon!

I think they must be a scam or fake organisation. Ordered items twice. Nothing has ever turned up. Still chasing for refunds. Avoid.

AVOID! This company is useless. it has taken 3 and a half months and we still don't have the items we ordered!

Still not received the full order then received mails from the stores saying its accounts and so on, been weeks this is the worst company ever and I wish there was a no star option - you are rubbish and should be ashamed DONT USE!

I would give no stars if I could. The company SLOERT his a joke. I ordered some kids bedding and they sent some bedding of a building that was torn and just shouved in to a carrier bag. Not even folded. I wanted to send back and they said I will give you 20% compensation and keep the bedding. The bedding is of no use at all. I have never dealt with a company as useless as them. They are con artists. Sending people wrong stuff that's not of any use. And keeping money. THIS IS A WARNING TO NOT BUY OF THE COMPANY. CON ARTISTS.

Great price. Got extra 15% off. Ordered sockets/switches for whole house so great saving. Missing items were quickly posted with no quibble. Staff polite, helpful and friendly. Definately reccommend

Ordered 5 sockets and doubles in green and a few days later they rang to say out of stock but due in couple of weeks. Month later I received ice white sockets and when I rang , was told out of stock for 3 months but would send when available. Demanded refund as not prepared to wait. They agreed only if I sent back white at my expense. I demanded a prepaid label or I would contact my card issuer and do claw back. They then emailed me a printable label and refunded a few days later, minus £3-99 original p&p. Totally unscrupulous company who will tell you anything to get business and send any product to fulfill order. Avoid.

Avoid at all costs!! Ordered two items on 7th December, took two months for one to arrive, the second still hasn’t arrived. Had letter saying it was due to stock shortages but same item available on Amazon for next day delivery. Asked for refund, still waiting. Should not be allowed to trade.

Ordered about a dozen switches and sockets in navy - sent out all white and said would send out the navy plates when they received the stock - 3 months later and I'm still waiting for 4 cover plates - communications keep saying they're sending them out, but they never do - very disappointing service!

Same as Internet Electrical Store.com, Purchased 4 Saxby Alba solar lights at £20.95 to install down the drive, having previously bought so many that are useless, thought I would try them first before buying the rest. The instructions were funny for a rechargeable solar light, says do not use rechargeable batteries! Order was slow but fine, free delivery so set about testing the lights, seemed to do the job fine, so went back online to the web site to order the rest, shocked to find they were now £70.99 in a matter of days that had increased in price by £50.00! we all know everything is increasing but this is ridiculous. Will contact the authorities about this.

Absolute shambles of a company that trade on Amazon. Ordered an item that never arrived - they then claimed royal mail state it was lost. (long before the cut off period for lost items) Truth is they never sent it as they were out of stock. Now ignoring my messages. Court case is now only solution.

Utter shambles of a company. Made order, was sent an email stating products out of stock, website did not state this. Cancelled order and still waiting for refund after 15 days, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Beware: they invite you to pay by Paypal, then tell you they won't even process the order till the £ clears from Paypal in 5 to 7 days. Don't expect anything in a hurry, or any understanding from customer service.
