So regretful about ordering
Regretably I am now in the same situation as several others ordered in February, supplied somemproducts but advised balance would be about 2 weeks. It is now the end of May. Get excuse after excuse, promise supply days come and go. Have requested to speak with MD twice ( henis MDnof both the Internet Retailer and Trendi Switch ... the product I am trying to purchase.... but unable to speak to him. At least communicate with your customers meaningfully and if an upset customer asks for the MD ... show you are serious about saying my order is important and actually speak to me.
